Introducing the Triton 3-Stage Pure Water System: Canadian-Built Professional Performance

Experience the pinnacle of window cleaning technology with the Triton 3-Stage Ultra Cart. Engineered in Canada by Triton Equipment, this system is designed for professionals who demand durability, high-flow efficiency, and a spot-free finish every time.

By combining multi-stage filtration with a rugged, "built-to-last" chassis, the Triton 3 stage ultra cart provides a reliable solution for residential and commercial window cleaners looking to scale their operations.

Superior 3-Stage Filtration

Our system ensures your water is stripped of all total dissolved solids (TDS), leaving nothing but pure, glass-clearing water:

  1. Stage 1: Carbon Pre-Filter (2" x 10")  – Protects the RO membrane by removing chlorine and sediment, extending the life of your system.

  2. Stage 2: High-Flow RO (4" x 40") – Housed in a premium stainless steel vessel, this industrial-grade Reverse Osmosis membrane provides the volume needed for high-reach poles.

  3. Stage 3: DI Polishing (4" x 10") – Filled with 100% virgin resin, this final stage ensures pure water output for a flawless, streak-free shine.

Industrial-Grade Construction

We didn't cut corners on the build quality. The Triton is designed to survive the rigors of the job site:

  • Steel Cart Frame: A heavy-duty steel chassis provides a stable, impact-resistant foundation.

  • All-Terrain Mobility: Outfitted with 9" "no-flat" rubber wheels, making it easy to maneuver over gravel, grass, and curbs without the worry of a puncture.

  • Corrosion Resistance: Every bolt is stainless steel, and we utilize metal fittings throughout to prevent the cracks and leaks common with plastic alternatives.

  • Bypass Flush Valve: Includes an integrated bypass valve to release RO pressure, allowing for quick and easy membrane flushing to maintain peak performance and longevity.

Technical Maintenance Guide

1. Routine RO Flushing (The Bypass Valve)

To maximize the life of your 4"x40" RO membrane, use the bypass valve to flush the system:

  • Before Work: Open the bypass valve for 2–3 minutes to clear stagnant water.

  • After Work: Open the bypass valve for 5 minutes at the end of the day to wash away concentrated minerals and contaminants from the membrane surface.

2. Filter Replacement Schedule

  • Carbon Pre-Filter: Replace every 3–6 months (or after ~20,000 gallons) to ensure chlorine does not reach and damage the RO membrane.

  • DI Resin (100% Virgin): Replace when your TDS meter reads above 10 ppm

  • RO Membrane: With proper flushing and pre-filter maintenance, your RO should last 2–3 years depending on local water hardness.

3. Hardware & Fittings

  • Inspection: Periodically check the stainless steel bolts and metal fittings for tightness, especially after transport over rough terrain.

  • Winterization: If storing in freezing temperatures (standard for Canadian winters), ensure the system is fully drained and the RO membrane is stored with a preservative solution or kept in a climate-controlled area.

4. Mobility

  • The 9" no-flat rubber wheels require zero air maintenance.
