ORDERS IN CANADA:

We strive to ship most orders the same business day when placed before noon, or by the next business day at the latest, subject to product availability and order requirements.

Free Ground Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on most eligible orders of $300.00 CAD or more before taxes, within Canadian provinces. Certain products and destinations are excluded from this offer, including chemicals, hazardous materials, oversized or heavy items (including individual items weighing more than 70 lbs), palletized freight, products or destinations subject to special shipping surcharges, and special-order or direct-from-manufacturer items.

Shipping charges for excluded products will apply regardless of order value and are calculated at checkout where available. Orders containing both eligible and excluded products may qualify for free shipping on the eligible merchandise, while additional shipping charges will apply to excluded items.

We work with trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and Purolator, to provide competitive shipping rates and reliable delivery across Canada.

Delivery Times: We generally use economical ground shipping services, with estimated delivery times averaging 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDERS IN THE UNITED STATES:

Shipping charges apply to all orders shipped to the United States and are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We work with trusted carriers, including FedEx and UPS, to provide competitive shipping rates and reliable delivery throughout the continental United States.

Import Duties, Tariffs & Taxes: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. Any applicable charges may be collected by the carrier or customs broker before or upon delivery.

SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED:

Some of our high-value shipments will require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows, or redirecting the package to a pick-up depot, please contact the carrier from your shipping confirmation to make any additional arrangements.
