Shipment Details
- We ship most orders same day if placed before noon, or next business day at the latest!
- We offer FREE shipping on most orders within Canada over $250 CAD and in the USA over $200 USD
- We ship with FedEx and UPS and can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipment Tracking or Missing Order
- When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking email to the email address you used to place your order.
- You can also log in to your order through our website if you signed up for any account, here you can view all order details including tracking.
- If you have not received a tracking email more than 5 business days after placing your order, please check your junk mail or spam folders.
- If you need assistance with tracking of your order or to report a missing order please follow these steps:

- In the Subject Line put: TRACKING ORDER
- Please provide the following details:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- Your Order Number (if you have it)
- Whether you are looking for a shipment update, need a copy of your tracking number, or if your shipment is missing.
- You will receive a response within 1 business days.
